Cryptohelp was started to help those wanting to invest in cryptocurrencies. It is our strong belief that one should only invest in things one understands. It is of course also a platform for those wishing to understand what all the fuss is about.

Rapidly growing media coverage and popularity in 2017 has led to many people investing money into cryptocurrencies without having a basic knowledge of the technology, the mechanics and the security aspects. In an already volatile market with high risks this makes the whole enterprise even more risky. Without having a solid foundation you might fall prey to scammers, be duped by deceptively lucrative looking ICOs or simply store your acquired cryptocurrency in an insecure way. Unfortunately all of these examples happen regularly.

Cryptohelp is in no way a financial advisor. We will never recommend you any concrete cryptocurrencies that you should invest in or tell you of the one model which promises a return of 2311%. Like anyone else we cannot accurately predict the future. Our advice here will be based on technology and not hype. If you wish to learn how to make money quickly this is the wrong place for you. Also since I am no investment banker and have no background in trading you won’t find anything regarding day-trading on this website.

We aim to help you acquire the necessary foundation to build a solid cryptocurrency portfolio yourself and store it securely.

If you would like to have a personal consulting session we are very happy to discuss details with you. Please be aware that we are unable to buy any cryptocurrencies for you as this would require firma approval. However, we are more than happy to show you how to do it yourself and what to consider / watch out for.

Cryptohelp would like to point out that any information given in this blog may not necessarily be real-time and / or accurate. Cryptohelp will not in any way whatsoever be held responsible for any losses you might suffer as a result of using information provided by Cryptohelp. We again would like to point out that the risks and costs associated with investing / trading in the cryptocurrency markets is a very risky form of investment. Before doing any investment please consider your goals, level of expertise and the risks you are willing to take. It is important to never ever invest any money you depend on in cryptocurrencies.

I’m a Swiss software engineer with a masters degree in computer science from ETH Zürich.

Since first investing in Bitcoin in 2015 I have actively followed the development of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. I really enjoy explaining technical details and principles behind cryptocurrencies in simple terms so that everyone can understand it without requiring any previous knowledge. At the same time I am excited about learning new things each day and cryptocurrency is such a fast moving field that there is plenty of material.

In February 2018 I took the Certified Bitcoin Professional exam. Feel free to verify my credentials here.

I live near Zürich with my husband and daughter.
